We service the whole Triad area or within 100 miles.
Truck arrival depends on where the stranded vehicle is; typically within 30 to 45 minutes.
We tow all vehicles except electric cars or trucks larger than a ton.
We’re open Monday through Friday 8-6, Saturday by appointment.
Our in-town rate is $80; out-of-town is $6 a mile one-way.
Because there is no insurance coverage for passengers, they are not allowed in the truck.
We are available between the hours of 8-5 for roadside assistance.
We accept cash or check only but provide receipts for your insurance claims.
Have the tires pumped up, the battery charged, wheels on the tires and keys available. There is an extra fee if we have to prepare the vehicle for towing.
We can do low clearance if the vehicle can be pushed or the tow truck can fit into the space.
